We offer a limited manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.

What the warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What the warranty does NOT cover:

  • Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or personal preferences.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, improper use, or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Accidental damage, neglect, or cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, stains, etc.).
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Warranty Claim Process: If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period at support@bodynova.com with:

  • Your order number,
  • A description of the issue,
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Upon review and approval of your warranty claim, we will offer a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
Refunds are not provided. Refunds are not offered except where required by law.

We reserve the right to determine whether the product issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
